Return Policy

Carrabassett Valley Jewelry strives to create jewelry that you will treasure always. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in unworn condition (there should be no visible signs of wear on the item) in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Items that have been altered or damaged in any way may not be returned. Any items returned after 30 days from purchase will be subject to a 10% or $20 restocking fee, whichever is greater.

If you are the purchaser, you may either receive a full refund, or exchange it for store credit equal to the purchase price.

If you received the item as a gift, you may exchange it for store credit equal to the current price.

Any personalized or custom items may be returned on a case by case basis, and only if in unworn condition, and may be subject to a restocking fee.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. In order to ensure safe delivery, I recommend placing item in a sturdy jewelry box and packing it securely in a bubble mailer envelope. Please insure returned items for the full retail value and ship via USPS to:
